I am asking for a friend of mine....do they have 5 bdms on post. I thought I heard somewhere that they have "breeder houses" on post. Maybe I was wrong. according the website there is only 4bdrm houses. thanks. 

I'm pretty sure there are 5 bedroom houses. Down off of Piney Hills where they converted 3 bedroom duplexes into single family homes... I think those are 5 bedroom. Either they are 5 bedroom, or just obnoxiousely huge 4 bedroom houses lol They are over 2,400 sq ft homes.

BTW, I don't know what "beeder houses" means. 

Ok, I just looked at the floor plans. I guess the reno's are 4 bedroom (atleast the ones on the site are) but they have a living room, a family room, and a huge rec room (upstairs with the bedrooms) so I'm sure if someone is ok with ONLY having TWO living spaces, they could make the rec room a bedroom... 

Ew, nevermind... Just looked again. You have to walk thru the rec room to get to the other bedrooms. Weird. They have 5 bedroom houses off post though :) 

ok, thanks. Oh I had read on here somewhere that "breeder" houses were 5 bdrms one. the family that we know that is moving here need a 5 bdrm but are on the a 4 bdrm list so I was just making sure. I guess "breeder" means lots of babies ha ha. I saw those houses too and commented to my husband on how big they looked. I thought for sure they would be 5 bdrms. oh well. After we signed a 6 month lease off post, they moved us up on the wait list for our 4 bdrm. I knew that would happen. we are still like #74 so i am sure it will take like 4 or 5 months anyway. 

They have 7 bedroom houses here on post. They are in my neighborhood. They give you both sides of a house, there is a doorway cut inbetween and some have an addition on the back. So one side is 4 bedrooms and one is 3.

Jules, thats what I thought those houses would be. Over on Humphreys and Swift. BIG houses. 

There are 5 bedrooms and up in the renovated houses - some over here my way on Hatler, etc....they are 3 bedroom duplexes that have been combined into one large home, so they have 5 bedrooms and a large master, etc. with an extra living area as well.
